Learn how to structure your corporation or partnership to avoid and/or resolve disputes among owners. Know when shareholders/ partners are liable for a corporation’s/ partnership’s debt. Learn the fiduciary duties among and between shareholders and partners and learn how to value the business and other key issues in shareholder/partner litigation.

Jim practices in the area of Commercial Litigation and is the Chair of the Valuation Dispute & Litigation Group, which encompasses shareholder disputes, condemnation, and real estate tax matters.
Jessica’s practice focuses on assisting start-up and small business entities to protect their valuable intellectual property assets while achieving their goals through creative corporate and tax planning strategies.
