MEDA Construction Partnering Program (CPP)
What is the CPP
The Construction Partnering Program (CPP) is a tremendously successful endeavor that creates increased opportunities for women and entrepreneurs of color in the construction industry. The CPP began as an initiative in the City of Saint Paul and has expanded to other municipalities and private projects.
The CPP is composed of established and developing firms in the Twin Cities area, including representatives of the government and nonprofit sector. The goal of the CPP is to partner developing women - owned businesses and firms of color with larger, established corporations that can provide guidance, expertise and industry connections. The Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA) manages and facilitates the program along with the Association of Women Contractors.
