The Entrepreneurial Leadership Program was launched in 2007 as a specialized program intended to produce business leaders of color who can move outside of the walls of their companies and take leadership roles in the community. Learn More

The Meda Construction Connection
The Construction Partnering Program (CPP) develops competitive and self-sufficient minority general and sub-contractors by partnering them with majority contractors.  Meda facilitates the linkage between these two partner companies and further assists the minority business with business counseling.  The program’s aim is to prepare the minority company to eventually work as a stand alone contractor and bid on major projects. Learn More
