MEDA's Strategic Plan 2010- 2012
We operate under a three-year strategic plan and are in the final year of the current plan. We have been able to shift more of our resources to direct client service through improved productivity through the use of technology. The Board of Directors evaluates MEDA's strategic plan progress. Staff progress toward goals is regularly reported to the Board.
The Strategic plan process includes focus groups, research, external evaluation of our current accomplishments and future endeavors.
